Okay, if moderators would like to start moving/creating/editing categories that would be awesome. I'll get in on it in about an hour but don't feel like you can't start without me o.o Also, how about as we move a topic we also try to reply to it?

I think I'll handle all the board creation first.  If there's two of us, we might accidentally step on each others' toes in the process.  And I don't think mods can edit the forum structure, can they?

Also, I noticed the development board is currently hidden.  Could I just make that visible and turn it into "Suggestions and Development"?

EDIT: Ok, everything's done except the Suggestions and Development board. I'm waiting for Ben's input on that.  But you can start moving topics for everything else now. I'll try to chip in with the moving, but I'm working on a paper right now, and just wasted as much time as I probably should for a while.
