Topic: The Forum Buttons

Hello,

I decided to make this topic on the different buttons on this forum. Whenever you post something, there's buttons that can change your text, or add a smiley. This post will tell you what does what. So, let's begin.

Hyperlinks:
This button allows you to insert a hyperlink. A hyperlink is a link to a new webpage. But instead of just posting the URL, you can hyperlink a word(s) so when they click the word, they go to the page. Example.

FTP:
This button allows you to insert a FTP link.

Insert Image:
This button allows you to insert an image into your post. (An example would be all the icons of the buttons)

Insert E-mail.:
This button allows you to insert an Email Address.

Insert Flash:
This button allows you to insert Flash. Like a Flash movie, or Flash game.

Insert Table:
This button allows you to insert a table. You will need to know HTML for this one. So you can change the Rows and Colums in the table.

Insert Table Row:
This button allows you to just insert a table row. Instead of the whole table.

Insert Table Column:
This button allows you to just insert a table column. Instead of the whole table.

Horizontal Rule:
This button is called the Horizontal rule. It places a line. Example:
TypeWritter:
This button changes the style of your text. Kind of like a typewritter. Example

Insert Code:
This button allows you to insert a piece of code.

Insert Quote:
This button allows you to insert a quote.

Superscript:
This button is called Super Script. It changes the text by shrinking it and raising it a few pixels higher than the other text.

Subscript:
This button is like the above one. Except it puts it below.

Move Text:
This button allows you to move the text across the post.

Bold Text:
This button bolds text. Example

Italic Text:
This button makes text italic. Example

Underline Text:
This button underlines text. Example

Strikethrough Text:
This button places a line through the text. Example

Glow Text:
This button glows/highlights the text. Specify the color.

Insert List:
This button allows you to list by making bullets.

There are also buttons to make a shadow on the text, change position of text, and alow you to post videos from youtube. You can also change the font size.
